Graffiti

Recently the the UT has been running news stories about the “Surfing Madonna” that seem to elevate the graffiti into something of value. When anyone starts decorating public property without prior authorization it is, and should be considered, defacement of public property and must be treated as graffiti. Eradicate and charge the person who is responsible, all costs involved in removal, no matter how good it is. If you don’t, you will lose control.
